The Mansion House is where you’ll find Newport City Council’s Register Office and ceremony rooms. The gated Mansion House stands in its own grounds surrounded by beautiful lawns and vibrant flower beds. The historic features include original intricate stained glass windows and impressive chandeliers.
Whatever the type of ceremony you would like, we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes. We recognise that your wedding or civil partnership is a unique and special occasion and we are here to help make it a day to remember.
The Mansion House can host weddings and civil partnership ceremonies and re-affirmations of vows.
The Liscombe Room provides seating for up to 70 guests and is the perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family.
Floral displays are provided in the ceremony rooms but you may provide your own if you wish and there’s a small, picturesque garden with a stone bench which provides an ideal photo opportunity for couples.
